Mustafa is a communications professional with expertisein digital communications, content development and events, with a focus on sustainable development. He is the current joint Head of Communications at UN Environment Programme Finance Initiative (UNEP FI), which focuses on aligning practices within the finance industry with the Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Climate Agreement.
Prior to his move to Geneva in 2018, he worked in London in financial research and communications. He holds a BSc in International Politics as well as an LLB Law.
Mustafa is passionate about sustainability and food, and as the Communications Officer for the Fondazione Mater, is dedicated to enhancing the visibility of the Foundation whilst supporting advocacy efforts on local and international levels.
